Ms. Brooks joined Community Research Services in 2004. As Assistant Research Coordinator, her primary responsibilities consist of the completion of phone surveys, data entry and maintenance of CRS’ Rental Comparable Database, and organization of research projects. Ms. Brooks participated directly in the Michigan Statewide Housing Needs Assessment as the lead coordinator of the comparable property research.
