mrehmann@cr-services.comMichaelle Rehmann joined Community Research Services in December 2006 after receiving her BA in Community Relations, with a focus on Urban Planning and Geography, from the College of Social Science at Michigan State University. Ms. Rehmann adds to the company a unique perspective from the rental housing industry, having worked as a Regional Manager for over six years, revitalizing and repositioning properties with prior deferred maintenance. She has an extensive knowledge of rental markets, property construction and strategies for leasing.
Ms. Rehmann is currently a Market Analyst. Her responsibilities include: data collection, site analysis and GIS mapping, as well as the completion of rental housing analysis, market studies, and preliminary analysis reports. In addition to her work on market studies, Ms. Rehmann provides support for needs assessments completed for the company.
